🆕 LIGHTHOUSE Security Deposit Alternative Program
We’re excited to introduce the LIGHTHOUSE Security Deposit Alternative Program, designed to make moving into your new home easier and more affordable. With this program, applicants can reduce their upfront move-in costs, lowering the deposit required at lease signing.
This program is ideal for those who are applying on their own, without any rental assistance. However, please note that if a client is receiving rental assistance from an organization, this program is not applicable at the time of application. It can, however, be applied when they renew their lease or if they are receiving assistance with their monthly rent but are still required to pay the deposit themselves.
