WELCOME NEW RESIDENTS
If you are a new resident with Hive Real Estate Group & Property Management, we offer our FREE Utility Concierge Service. This service is provided through Citizens Home Solutions and they will take care of connecting all of your utilities, including electric & gas. Additionally they can help with your internet, cable & phone. This allows you to make one phone call to Citizens instead of hours on hold with various utility companies so you can focus on more important things during your move into your new home. Citizens will ensure that you get the best utility rates and deals that are available for your home and area!

It is your responsibility to ensure your power, gas, etc. have been connected into your name by the start of your lease agreement. This will ensure you do not have any disruption of utility services when you move-in.
