We believe in quality customer service. If for any reason you wish to discontinue your service with us, you can cancel your agreement at any time with no penalties.

Results Guarantee

With our results guarantee you don’t pay us until we show results! If we are leasing your property for you, we do all the work up front and you don’t pay us until you get a qualified resident. That means we aggressively market and show your property, screen the residents, handle all of the paperwork and perform a move in inspection...all before we get paid anything.

Leasing Guarantee

Our leasing guarantee states that if a resident does not fulfill at least 9 months of a lease term, we will find you a new resident for free.

30 Day Rental Guarantee

If we are unable to lease your home in 30 days or less we will give you ONE month of management free!

Pet Guarantee

For any pet that we approve, we guarantee our owners up to $1,000 in damage protection for any pet damage above and beyond what the security deposit covers.

Clean Home & Pest-Free Move-In Guarantee

At HIVE Real Estate Group & Property Management, every home must pass a HIVE-appointed cleanliness and move-in readiness check before keys are released to a new resident.

This check is completed based on HIVE’s internal move-in standards and expectations, not outside opinions or third-party definitions of cleanliness. Our goal is to ensure each property is delivered in a clean, functional, and properly prepared condition before occupancy begins.

If a concern is identified during the HIVE move-in readiness review, we will address it before move-in whenever possible. If an issue is reported immediately after move-in and is determined to have existed prior to occupancy, HIVE will review and coordinate the appropriate next steps in accordance with the lease and management policies.
