Rental periods start at one (1) month minimums and properties can be rented for up to a year or longer, if desired - rental rates are based on term length.

All of our properties are fully furnished with all bedding, linens, pots, pans, etc so all you have to bring is your clothes, toiletries & food. Included in your monthly rent:

  1. All furnishings
  2. Weekly landscape service
  3. Weekly pool service, if pool on premises
  4. Hi-speed internet, trash & sewer service
  5. Utility allowance (electric, gas, water - varies based on property). We want you to be comfortable so you are free to set your own settings - just pay for anything over allotted amount.
  6. Interim cleanings are available for an extra fee if desired
